Role Overview

     As a member of the TCS Sunshine team, you will be responsible for supporting and advocating for world-class software products. Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is hiring for the Sunshine Process, typically a customer support or service-based role involving voice, email, or chat interactions. The position focuses on handling customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining high service quality standards. 

Key Responsibilities (Sunshine Process – TCS): 
  • Handle customer queries via voice, email, or chat
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Follow SOPs and company compliance guidelines
  • Document interactions and update systems
  • Resolve customer issues quickly and accurately

What We’re Looking For : 

  • Graduate in any discipline (BA, BCom, BSc, BBA, etc.); some roles may consider undergraduates with relevant experience 
  • Basic understanding of computers, MS Office, email handling, and typing skills
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends 
  • Strong spoken and written English; additional regional language skills can be an advantage
  • Freshers can apply
