Key Responsibilities:

• Handle medical billing and claim settlement processes
• Follow up with insurance companies for claim status (voice process)
• Work on denied or pending claims and resolve issues
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Ensure timely processing of claim

Who Can Apply:

• HSC / Graduate freshers (for AR Trainee)
• Candidates with/without BPO experience
• Basic computer knowledge required
• Good communication skills preferred
