Role Overview

The Forex Contact Center is a critical hub for Thomas Cook’s "India ka Forex Specialist initiative. You will serve as the primary point of contact for retail and corporate clients seeking currency exchange, multi-currency cards, and international outward remittances (e.g., student fees or maintenance).
This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.

Responsibilities

  • Guiding customers on buying/selling forex, reloading multi-currency cards Passion for software products
  • Handling queries regarding exchange rates and converting leads into transactions.
  • Inbound/Outbound Sales
  • Customer Advisory

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Passion for software products
  • Perfect written English 
  • You must be fluent in English
  • Highly creative and autonomous
  • Basic understanding of CRM software
