Mahindra & Mahindra Finance - Operations Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Executives to join our back-office team. This role involves handling KYC verification, document processing, and customer coordination for vehicle loan applications. Freshers who are eager to start their career in the finance sector are encouraged to apply. 


Job Role: Operations Executive (Back Office Process) 

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge is required

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Perform KYC verification for vehicle loan customers
• Verify and validate customer documents before loan disbursement
• Coordinate with customers via calls for pending details/documents
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of loan application data
• Support backend processing for loan approvals
• Maintain records and follow internal compliance guidelines

• Basic communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts

🗣️ Language Requirements (Mandatory)

Candidates must be proficient in any one of the following:

• Gujarati /Bengali/Marwadi

➕ Additional languages preferred: Hindi / Marathi / English

💬 Average English communication skills are acceptable
