Job Overview

We are hiring motivated and target-driven individuals for US Collections processes. The role involves interacting with US customers to recover outstanding payments while maintaining professionalism and compliance standards.

Role Overview: 

• Outbound/Inbound Calling 
• Accurately updating the internal CRM with call notes, payment promises, and customer status

• Resolve queries efficiently with strong problem-solving skills

• 
  

Shift & Work Schedule:

• Rotational shifts

• Rotational weekly offs 

• Home pick-up & home drop facility available (night shift)

What We’re Looking For : 

• Fluent Verbal English
• Capability to understand different US regional accents
• Strong communication and a willingness to work night shifts.
• At least 6–12 months of experience in an International Voice Process

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
