Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate
• Freshers and Experienced candidates both can apply (depending on process)
• Good communication skills (Hindi / English as per role)
• Basic computer knowledge required
• Prior experience in Insurance / Banking / Sales is an advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls/emails and resolve queries
• Provide accurate information about services and products
• Achieve targets (sales, renewals, or service quality)
• Maintain and update customer records in the system
• Ensure professional communication and customer satisfaction
