      Requirements:

  • Average communication skills required

  • Candidates must have Motor Insurance experience

    • Salary:- 

  • ₹25,000 Take Home

    • Details:

  • Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Week Off: Rotational
  • Open Positions: 20 

2. Kotak Bank Process

Salary Structure:

  • HSC Fresher: ₹15,750 Take Home
  • Graduate Fresher: ₹16,750 Take Home
  • HSC Experienced: ₹17,000 Take Home
  • Graduate Experienced: ₹18,000 Take Home

Details:

  • Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Week Off: Rotational

3. IDFC Process

Requirements:- 

  • Average Hindi speaking skills
  • HSC Freshers can apply

Salary:

  • ₹14,500 Take Home
  • Unlimited Incentives

Details:

  • Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Week Off: Sunday Fixed

4. SBI Renewal Process

Requirements:

  • Versant Level 4 (Good communication skills)
  • Minimum Qualification: HSC
  • 6 months of sales experience required for HSC candidates
  • Graduates with good communication can apply (freshers allowed)

Salary:

  • ₹22,000 CTC
  • ₹20,000 Take Home
  • Unlimited Incentives

5. Email Process – MGL (Mahanagar Gas Ltd.)

Requirements:

  • HSC or Graduate with minimum 1 year experience
  • Excellent English communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer calls/emails and resolve queries
  • Provide accurate information about services and products
  • Achieve targets (sales, renewals, or service quality)
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system
  • Ensure professional communication and customer satisfaction

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or HSC
  • Good communication skills (Hindi/English as per process)
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
  • Creative and Patience 
  • Customer handling and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

  • Additional languages
  • Sales experience preferred (for sales processes)
